To celebrate the 5th edition of Gout de France or Good France 2019, an annual event promoting French cuisine, International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) will be hosting a French fortnight in this regard – dawning from March 15 at its Global Campus.
The 15-day event will witness a feast of French food and some amusing facts on the delicacy as days unfold.


Royal Symphony

Students of #IIHMKolkata are all geared up to host the 23rd International Food & Drink Festival #RoyalSymphony on 21st & 22nd Dec’18 from 6:00pm – 10:30pm. The theme is royalty, thereby they’re going to serve Food from the streets of India, Iran, Afghanistan, Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt, Italy & France. Topping it up will be Cocktails and Mocktails for everyone which will simultaneously compliment the entertainment section.

This December, the Manchester of India, Ahmedabad, should keep their palate ready as International Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad presents Locura Costera – a Food Fest with Daring Design, Scrumptious Signatures, Zesty Feast and Arcane Decor. Locura Costera 2018 is the Zest of Coastal Gourmet, and the date is 15th December 2018.

This December IIHM Bangalore presents our Seventh Food Festival “GASTRONESTA”. The students at IIHM strive to set the benchmark for food festivals in the city with new ideas every year. In 2012, the students displayed oriental cuisine – Beachilicious, in 2013 Oriental Nights was celebrated and then Zest Fest in 2014. Arcane Carousal in 2015, Route86 in 2016. And last year brought a successful event Pabulum, where the students showcased the cultural diversity of the islands that has developed the unique concept of nourishment.
