He has worked for prominent hotel companies such as Pride Hotel, Starwood Hotel and Resorts, and Marriott International, and has received training from Japanese master Chef Mayo and chef Zhangat of the Michelin-starred Zuma restaurant in Miami.
Throughout his culinary career, he has played a key role in a number of award-winning restaurants. His most recent position as junior sous chef at The Westin Garden City Mumbai entailed creating food promotions, organizing food festivals, team and inventory management, and training
